THE PHOTOS |

The majority of these photos were taken in the Pacific Northwest in
British Columbia, Canada. We have also added some photos taken from
other locations such as Mexico and Australia. They are included according
to colour.
All photos were taken by a megapixel digital Camera (Nikon Coolpix
series 990, 995, and 5000). The photos are in JPG format and have
sufficient resolution to print photo quality at 4"X5" up
to 5"X7".
The photographer is Ernest von Rosen.
Stock photos are often sold with a variety of conditions and associated
pricing depending on usage. Our photos are sold for a single price,
per 1 CPU, for any application you have in mind as outlined in our
License Agreement (64K Adobe Acrobat File).
This means you do not have to pay extra for additional items printed,
extra circulation or additional products for resale.
All the photos are in a standard JPG format. Use your favorite photo
editor to view individual photos, or try out one of the many helpful
thumbnail viewers out there. Our favorites are: ACDSee
and Infranview.
Windows XP has a lot of these features built into the system and you
should be able to browse the CD directly.
Also, you may find it helpful to have a program to view ZIP files
(ie. WinZip or
related program)

| POST-PURCHASE

We ship via US Postal Service First Class mail (US) and Air Mail (overseas),
within two business days after receiving the order. All orders are
sent from Conyers, GA, USA. If you have not received your order after
7 business days, please contact us at orders@amgmedia.com
with a copy of your sales receipt and order details.
If you have not received a CD that we shipped,
we will send another CD at no additional cost, up to two months after
the original shipping date.
If a CD has been returned to us as undeliverable, and you wish us
to send it again to a new address, we will charge you half
the handling, plus shipping fee.

| RETURNS
AND REFUNDS |

It is our policy to replace defective products at no additional charge
to our customers. After two months, our normal charges apply if you
want a product re-shipped. If we ship later than we promise, we will
not charge you for the CD.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, refunds will only be issued
within 7 days of shipping. |
