These photos were taken with the new Coolpix 5700 camera in essentially
the default settings. Saturation is +1 and all of the shots were hand-held
(some blurry shots in low light conditions).
The pluses: amazing response time! Almost as fast as a real SLR, huge
improvement over the 5000. The 8X optical zoom is truly fantastic.
Finally real "depth of field" effects.
Cons: they've moved some of the control buttons to the barrel of the
camera lens.. right where you keep bumping into them!
Overall a huge improvement and the greatest noticable step in my 6th
Coolpix I've owned.
